Hortensia is a great stylist. She has did my hair for over 20 years. I just come in and allow her to perform her arts of hair and expertise . She has never disappeared me.

Went in and asked to have my hair trimmed 2 inches. My hair was down to my hips and now its to the middle of my back. She cut 5-6 inches off. Definitely not going back.
