Bunch of drunk, sweaty, sunburned hipsters and hippies riding lots of homemade bikes. The live music is generally good. I'm not terribly "hip" but if you're in Chinatown it's worth walking down...

the ride itself was sluggish. got the red light at almost every intersection, not the business. but everything else was awwwesome. well organized event. great performances. great food trucks....
