The hold time is riduculous!! They put you on hold and then hang up on you. Also the staff at check in will see you standing there for a while until they acknowledge you. They dont even tell you...

I was on hold for about 45 mins a woman finally answered me, asked for my information and told me to give her a moment about 4 minutes later she hangs up on. worst customer service please do better.
