Garni Barkhoudarian, MD, FAANS, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with a focus on minimally invasive neurosurgery. His expertise is in pituitary and parasellar tumors, brain tumors, skull base tumors, intra-ventricular brain tumors, colloid cysts, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm & other vascular compression syndromes. He practices at Providence Hospitals Saint John's Health Center Santa Monica, & Little Company of Mary Torrance, CA. For virtually all tumors & intracranial procedures, he applies the keyhole concept of minimizing collateral damage to the brain using advanced neuroimaging & neuro-navigation techniques along with endoscopy to improve targeting & lesion visualization. Dr. Barkhoudarian co-leads the Pacific Pituitary Disorders Center, & oversees the Clinical Neurosurgical Fellowship. He is Director of Pacific Adult Hydrocephalus Center, Pacific Facial Pain Center and the Microdissection Anatomy Laboratory. He is Chief of the Radiosurgery Program.

Dr. Giesser's approach to the diagnosis and management of persons with MS, and allied demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system combines state-of-the- art diagnostics and a personalized medication plan for each patient with an emphasis on integrating lifestyle and wellness strategies into the neurologic treatment plan.
