Providing professional Real Estate services to Nevada County, which includes Grass Valley, Nevada City and the surrounding communities, I assist people to buy their new home or sell their current home. When buying, I help people get the best price within their budget and to find a home that meets or exceeds their requirements. I also educate/advise my buyers on homes with great re-sell value. (location, location, location). My goal is to make the buying process as easy, convenient and problem-free as possible. Communication is key! When selling, I assist the seller in getting the home sold quickly by setting the price right the first time by performing a competitive market analysis of local homes currently on sale, past sales and pending sales. Once the seller lists with me, a full marketing campaign is launched including adding property to the MLS, newspaper and internet advertising (Listings Domain, CraigsList and others) as well as Open Houses and Broker Tours.
