Worst customer service in any business we've ever seen. No customer should ever have to BEG for service/product..Try Silva Sausage Company in Hayward / Gilroy, Ca. You can find them in Wholefoods...

Neto is one of the best sources for Portuguese and Spanish sausage around. Their selection varies from time to time and they are not very responsive to requests, eg, linguisa breakfast links....
