Naturally Well

History

Jamie Murphy became a Holistic Health Practitioner and Colon Hydro-therapist in 2005 while doing Massage Therapy, independently renting from a local, High Desert Chiropractor. It was with this new education, and the personal experience of managing and maintaining a Systemic Lupus Diagnosis (at age 19) that she decided to create a place where people could go to support themselves in both supporting and achieving good health and wellness naturally. Whether that support and education is the service of a massage therapy session or more specialized support learning about how the body eliminates waste, digests food or detoxifies and the things you can implement through dietary changes, life style choices and education to support those bodily processes.
