The Black Contractors Association (BCA) of California is dedicated to creating economic opportunities for African Americans and other members within the construction industry who have historically been underrepresented. By providing resources for both private and public sectors to connect with qualified independent contractors, BCA aims to promote self-sufficiency and empowerment among youth aspiring to become future builders.
