Nate Torra, Massage Therapist

History

Nate is a graduate of National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, the first nationally-accredited school for massage therapy. With over 700 hours of massage experience, Nate specializes in a wide variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Therapy (MFT). He brings over a decade of massage and lifelong athletic experience to his private practice. He's treated a wide variety of chronic and acute pain including neck pain, back pain, frozen shoulder, athletic performance, and more. Nate's unique approach includes an initial assessment followed by massage to target specific problems. Using his excellent knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology he creates a personalized treatment plan based his clients' needs.
