Rooms smell horrible, cleaning woman with many cans of raid on her cleaning cart so thats probably it. Carpet floors, musty. They don't rinse bleach fully out of their towels, so a $250 jacket...

WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. I tried to check availability of rooms, both on my personal computer and on my iPhone. The site repeatedly froze up and failed to give me any information. DAMN!
