I have been baking for friends for many years just for fun. Then when everyone kept telling me I should do this as a career, I took their advise. I have had formal training from the time I was in High School, College, and I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). I have over 26 years experience and offer quality cakes and confections. And for those wondering how I came up with the name for my business, well I have two beautiful Granddaughters, Ali and Stella so Nani (Italian for grandmother) is how the name was chosen.
