This place says that due to Covid they stopped soaking hands (but they continue to soak feet). Doesn't really make any sense to me but I left with a very sub par manicure as a result and down $40.

My manicures (gel or regular) and my pedicures (regular) always come out great! The technicians are friendly and focused. I walk in every time without an appointment. I find the prices reasonable....
