The workers are very pushy, speak over clients and do not listen. It gave off a very unpleasant vibe and almost felt as though they were being rude.

Excellent! We requested a pedicure but called first, Nail 2000 can get busy. It is a Friday afternoon. We were seated right away. Staff is friendly and professional. It's pretty and clean here.
