Partners in Care Foundation is a private, nonprofit center that provides adult day health care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The center also provides services to individuals with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, mental illness, Alzheimer's disease and Dementia. The center provides full day of activities and meals to chronically ill and functionally impaired adults. It also provides a mobile health clinic that offers medical services to children and families in rural areas of the Antelope Valley and Kern County in California. The center provides a support system for caregivers and provides therapeutic services, including physical, occupational and speech. Partners in Care Foundation also provides recreation, psycho-social and creative arts therapies to the residents. It is located in Burbank, Calif.
