Our studio is not like other big named gyms that are there to just hold a stop watch and call out moves our limited memberships and classes are designed to give you the experience of one on one training and having a personnel trainer without paying the prices at the big name gyms. All classes are 30 min classes. A 30 min work out is only 2% of your day
