My family law practice focuses on issues that concern all members of the family, with special attention to providing for the needs of the children. Often overlooked, children are greatly affected by divorce and family discord, and their desires and needs must be an integral part of the divorce process and resolution. One of my goals as a family law attorney is to help my clients structure a child custody and time share or visitation plan that fits the child's unique family life and takes into account his or her daily activities and schedules. I provide advice and guidance to my clients regarding the issues of child and spousal support, and how they are determined under the law of the state of California. I also assist my clients in assessing the various options for property division and settlement. These include the issues of the character and value of community property assets and obligations.
