Very rude person. I loved Dr. Bates, but he retired. I unfortunately saw this person who was very rude to me. Am now going to another eye doctor that I am very happy with.

Unfortunately - He passed away a few years back and the referral location across the street at "Sacramento Contact Lenses Inc on Howe Ave. Closed on 12/29/2023 !

The staff at Sacramento Vision Care is excellent, which is why I have gone here for years. If you often work late, as I do, they also have accommodating extended evening hours on certain days....
