This location at 93 north 14th Street is closed. I don't know if they relocated but the building appears permanently closed. I left a message at the number today but no return call as of the end...

Totally incompetent doctor. Put the photocopy of the I693 in the sealed envelope to USCIS. A year later an RFE was issued. the doctor changed his phone number..Went to another doctor..cost me $200...
