Much Ado About Pizza

We are a new family owned pizzeria. Having just retired from teaching this past June, we just opened up this carry-out pizzeria. Our Shakespearean style pizzas are hand- tossed, artisanal style pizzas that are baked hot and fresh by your personal Pizzioli. You can scan for the menu or choose from a printed menu. We are on a mission to EAT THY CRUST!! Our “no-sugar added” sourdough crust is an original recipe that has a sourdough starter in it that is slow fermented for up to 72 hours. Also, our house made, bawdy tomato sauce has no sugar either. We use top quality cheeses and meats and we only serve the freshest of ingredients. When people ask us what type of pizza do you serve? We say “Shakespearean” because we are not 100% like any other style. Our crust is unique because we were inspired by a variety of other styles and crafted our pizza style according to those we liked the best! So, take a trip back in time and treat yourself to the most savory slice of yesteryear.
