History

We started off in 1987 as grocery store with a small salad bar and noticed quickly that the salad bar was becoming very popular. The salad bar was growing so fast that it became the focus of the store and the grocery store became smaller than the salad bar. Our salad bar is now the largest and freshest salad bar in Los Angeles offering over 120 items. Many of the items are vegan, gluten free, and free of artificial preservatives. If you are a vegetarian or have any type of dietary restrictions you will love this salad bar and find many different options to chose from. Our store is run in an environmentally friendly way. All of our take out containers, cutlery and packaging are compostable and made from recyclable materials.
