Movement F1rst is soon to be a 7000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the comprehensive analysis of movement and the advanced understanding of healthy and dysfunctional active motion. At M1 we understand that human health and quality of life depends on the ability to move skillfully and efficiently. Movement dysfunction can be the root cause of many overuse and sport related injuries of the musculoskeletal system. M1 offers the patient the chance to fully visualize the root of their problem through the use of an 8 camera high speed motion capture and force plate system. M1 will elevate the standard of care and deliver results. M1 specializes in the understanding of applied biomechanics related to movement and sports performance, gait and running analysis, return to sport/injury prevention evaluations, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, sports recovery services, manual therapy, as well as consult services for persons with musculoskeletal complaints
