Started in 1986, offering novel classes for fitness enthusiasts as well as the deconditioned. Now offer classes for special populations and KID-FIT, physical education classes for preschoolers.

Specialties

We have been serving the San Gabriel Valley for the past 26 years (formerly Aerobics Addiction and MOVE IT Arcadia) with novel programs such as Largercise, Low-Impact Aerobics, Step, Trampoline, Circuit Conditioning, Bodyscuplting and Water Aerobics. Currently we offer a variety of fitness conditioning programs, Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) and Zumba
