Come join the Mountian International Dance Company! Boys & Girls, ages 6+ are welcome. Our program provides ballet training and character classes from world reknown, Vassilii Mountian, a soloist who toured the world for 26 years with Moscow's Moiseyev Dance Company. Through ballet, hip-hop, and folk dance segments, the students are introduced to many styles of music: traditional folk from various nations around the world to the current pop of our times. Students receive an education in dance, music, different customs of other nations, rhythm, control, posture and stage presence. Young dance artists reach their highest potential as performers in an environment that promotes dedicaiton and professionalism. Beginning August 26, 2013, classes are held on Mon & Wed from 5:30-7pm at 850 Judah St in SF. Also on Tues & Thurs from 5:30-7pm at 1835 Belburn Drive, Belmont. www.mountiandance.com
