I called twice 2 months ago, and never got a call back. They won't schedule you until you until the referral person calls you back, which hasn't happened.

Got a referral for an epidural for pain that has been deemed hopeless for any other treatment and that was almost 5 months ago. No-one has ever called and the 'scheduler' never answers that phone....
