Mother's has something for everyone!Mother's Market was founded in 1978 by a group of yoga enthusiasts consisting of friends and family, who couldn't find a place that carried vegetarian foods and related lifestyle products they searched for. They decided to join their resources and talent to provide the community with a natural foods market and restaurant not available elsewhere. What began in 2,500 square feet in Costa Mesa has grown into 9 Southern California locations.In 2016, Mother's Market joined forces with Mill Road Capital to continue the expansion of more stores. Mill Road's strong commitment to partnering with socially-conscious and environmentally sustainable businesses and commitment to preserving the unique culture and authenticity is what led to the partnership.
