Wow! Where do I start? It was late and I was tired. I've never had issues with a Motel 6 before. Well... I went up to my room and the mattress had a HUGE divot in it - as if it was 100 years old....

Don't recommend you book and it's no guarantee you actually get the room . After placing a reservation when I got there they didn't have a room for me very disappointed

I made a reservation but when I checked in they asked non smoking or smoking. I said non smoking. I saw the room conditions. We called the front desk to complain and advise we were not staying....

Do not trust! I was late one day because my flight was delayed and they wouldn't let me check in when I was already reserved on a travel website they basically wanted to get a double payment
