History

I'm a disabled veteran. I am very grateful to be able to write a home loan for anyone and I have a passion for helping my veteran brothers and sisters in procuring the best deals I can find them. I started as a real-estate agent in NY. That turned into 21 years of commercial real-estate attorney work in California and brokerage work in California, Missouri and Florida. I ultimately added home loan originating to my CV. It made perfect sense! I can only represent you as a either as loan originator, or as a real-estate attorney (in California), or as a real-estate broker (California, Missouri or Florida) but never more than one at a time. I only practice law in California and will never provide legal advice without a services retainer engagement agreement specifically hiring me as an attorney.

One of the most disappointing parts of the real estate business is how unavailable agents, brokers, mortgage people (etc.) can be.
