History

I started sewing and crafting when I was very young. Crafting of all kinds has always been my passion. I've sewn everything from simple craft items such as pot-holders to formal evening gowns. I started teaching others the joy of sewing and soon had a small group of faithful students who would meet regularly to sew, chat, and just have fun. Over the years, my sewing partners grew and moved, but my love of sewing and joy of teaching remained. Now I offer private sewing lessons in your home or mine and custom create lesson plans to fit your skill level. When I discovered machine embroidery and machine quilting with a professional long-arm quilting machine, I was in heaven! These two additions to what started out as a hobby soon launched my home based business. I started receiving so many requests for custom embroidery work that I branched into digitizing embroidery designs as well. And as they say, the rest is history. I've been going strong every since.

Cusomized Quilt Top Piecing - Select the pattern and fabric you want and I'll do all the work of putting your quilt top together. Bring your own fabric or purchase from me (prices well below quilt stores). Professional Long-Arm Quilting - Now that your quilt top is together, finish your quilt with professional results. I have several quilt designs for you to choose from. Binding services also available. Sewing Instruction - Individual and group sewing lessons in your home or mine. Lessons tailored to you! Discounts for group lessons of 3 students or more. Project Kits - quilts, aprons, placemats, etc. If you have a project idea, I can put a project kit together for you or for a class.
