Rude unhelpful arrogant will deny claim without even talking to insurer avoid denied claim on a huge premium nice free unearned money

Been with them for years, paying our premiums on time, BUT... after being in an accident where we weren't at fault and needing their support, they weren't there. Would not recommend.

I have Kemper Insurance through MG. Despite never making a claim or even calling in 26 years my premiums go up 15% like clockwork each year. I will be changing as soon as i have time to research...
