History
Initially the health center was launched by the Hi-Desert Medical Center. In 2015 we separated from the hospital and changed our name to Morongo Basin Community Health Center. We continue to expand locations and services as need demands. Dental services expanded to Yucca Valley in 2016; in 2017 new property was purchased in Twentynine Palms to expand services and is targeted for opening in Spring of 2018. Patient support programs such as Hospital to Home and Living Well have recently been implemented to support our patient population.
