The office in Palo Alto is very unprofessional . You can't reach them , they charge extra fees and only care about you if you have lots of money, DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WEALTHY. Ms Dever

Finally took the plunge and left Morgan Stanley for another. Terrible, slow, unresponsive customer service. Way too many hidden details, lack of transparency.
