Morgan Autism Center is a nonprofit school that provides special education programs for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. It offers a range of academic programs, such as basic and cognitive skills, reading, writing, composition and physical education. The center also offers an adult program that provides training in the areas of computer skills, bulk mail preparation, janitorial work, simple assembly, gardening and farm work. In addition, the center organizes a range of enrichment activities that includes singing, dancing, drumming, yoga, bowling, skating and outdoor trips. Founded in 1969, Morgan Autism Center is certified by the California Department of Education and is located in San Jose, Calif.
