Ms. Morell started her own firm after leaving the Marin County District Attorney's Office where she primarily prosecuted DUI's. She has been defending those charged with DUI for over 20+ years. She is a Board Member of the oldest DUI group in California, the California DUI Lawyers Association. She regularly attends DUI conferences and her office has the latest breath technology - the Alcosensor IV, currently used by police agencies in the Bay Area. She has won many DMV hearings.
