History

Monument Mountain Vineyards was established in 2011. Vineyards were planted in owner/winemaker, Carol Fritz Hoopes', family's hay field. Her Great Grandparents purchased this majestic ranch in the 1890s. Carol is fourth generation to farm this land.

Specialties

Wine tours in a Humboldt County Pinot Noir vineyard and winetastings of Pinot Noir wines with blending of different clones, AVAs and appellations. Handcrafted winemaking techniques are shared with visitors.
