YUCK! Ordered everything bagel & it tasted like it's a generic roll from Costco. There was no everything flavor. An insulting excuse for a "bagel!" Misleading to call yourself a New York style...

Food is mediocre. And usually paired with a side of rudeness. In particular the little blonde lady. The ambiance is okay but could use some authenticity as it reminds me of an Italian Disney...
