Now they are remodeling main lobby, on top of the 'great rebranding'. Why? Still can't get certain payments posted on time. Same problems exist, and cosmetic actions won't fix them.

Everything needs improvement. To associates calling at 4:45pm when the bank closes at 5pm. To having your car repossessed when you have receipts posted on your loan account for every single month....

I recommend anyone in the Monterey area to not even BOTHER with Monterey Credit Union Had them for 6 month. Paid WAY to much with all their hidden fees. And NOW when I actually have 5 minutes to...
