I like this little community library. They have a paperback swap rack, so give a book and take one (or not). I enjoy donating my magazines and books, here. Right in the front entrance hall there...

I don't get it why it's poorly reviewed but I seen things said 8 years ago and they do that a play area for kids now and I come to this library from Salinas due to my son loving this library more...
