David brings 28 years experience performing chemical and biological analyses. He has been an adjunct Instructor at Harnell Community College, and was a principal analyst for the Monterey County Public Health Laboratory for 12 years prior to starting MBAS. He is certified by the California Dept. of Health as a Public Health Microbiologist (1810), Licensed Water Distribution Grade 1, Water treatment Operator Grade 2, and AWWA Water Quality Analyst Grade IV.
