They will tear out the lovely old growth garden to build more apartments. The outside is beautiful Art Deco old Hollywood but the inside is a warren of tiny apartments that aren't cheap. Beautiful...

This place is great, it has a laundry room with several washers and dryers, it has a common room with a big screen tv, free wifi, and even comfortable couches. There is also a small gym. Nothing...

That TV room downstairs has become a serious problem. A few new guys hog it up and don't let anyone watch a show once and awhile. They don't get classy people living here anymore....Glad I moved...
