Formed in 1927, Monte Vista Water District provides retail and wholesale water supply services to customers in the communities of Montclair, Chino Hills, portions of Chino and the unincorporated area between the cities of Pomona, Chino Hills, Chino and Ontario. Based in Montclair, Calif., the District s numerous projects include the construction of seven new groundwater production wells, several pipeline replacement projects, a new mainline feeder pipeline, monitoring station and the Chino Hills/Monte Vista Intertie project. It operates through a number of departments, including the administration and finance department, the engineering, operations and maintenance department, as well as the public affairs department. The District received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association.

I hand walk in my bill. Small lobby. I pay and go. Water service is fine. I Don't drink the tap water so can't really review that. No complaints here.
