Montair Elementary School

Established in 1958, Montair Elementary School enrolls more than 700 students in kindergarten through grade five and offers a variety of educational opportunities for the physical, emotional and mental development of students. It offers a variety of academic courses, including language arts, mathematics, science, social science, foreign languages and health education. The school offers a flow-through program that includes sequenced and coordinated instruction for students in preschool through grade five with moderate-to-severe learning disabilities. Its school site council allows staff members, students and parents to develop a school improvement plan. The school s library has a collection of reading and reference materials. Montair Elementary School is located in Danville, Calif., and is governed by the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.
