We've lived in Monrovia around 7 1/2 years now and have had to come into city hall on occasion to handle various logistical issues with home ownership, water bills, and other items of business....

Super friendly and helpful staff. Get it done here. Pay your water bill, get a yard sale permit, get your home renovation plans approved... They can even get you history on your home. Free parking...
