The Mono Lake Committee is a dedicated organization focused on the protection, restoration, and education regarding Mono Lake and its surrounding ecosystems. Since its inception in 1978, the Committee has advocated for balanced water solutions that benefit both the local environment and urban water needs, particularly those of Los Angeles.
