In the summer of 2013, we started a million dollar renovation project at the Monarch. All laundry rooms were upgraded, along with lush new landscaping, a brand new lobby with a leasing office, fresh paint, newly carpeted hallways, and a brand new Pet Park for our residents' furry friends.

There is assigned gated garage parking available for all units and 3 laundry facilities located on the premises.
