I've called to schedule 2 days on my lunch hour after 55 min I had to hang up !!! Horrible customer service at COOLIDGE! I had to schedule On Mchenry. They answered the phone in two minutes.

I've been here a couple times for MRI. Very friendly staff . Business is clean & there is plenty of seating in waiting room.

They should answer their phones! How can they expect someone to wait an hour for someone to answer the phone???! And stop changing appts on your own. I made an appt for the time I could be there...
