I would not call and get a quote from this man and his son. They gave me a quote and got a better offer through Mobile magic loans, However, the owner encouraged me to take offer of $20,000 more...

He lied and said his client was pre-approved but floated their file to different lenders even though he knew there were red flags. Wasted everyones time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
