Super friendly staff , very safe area and location and clean laundry facilities . Definitely great value for area . Stayed 3 times will definitely be back. For a "urban" trailer park this place...

Over the past month we stayed here almost weeks. We were visiting family in the area and this is the most convenient RV park. It's only a few blocks from Interstate 10 and close to all the stores....

Place was decent and clean but there's no trees or grass so it gets hotter than hell here in Summer. Dog area is tiny and sad compared to other RV parks. Don't even get me started on the owner...
