Evergreen Adult Development Center (EADC) is a licensed facility in San Jose, CA, providing training programs for individuals aged 18 and above with Intellectual Disabilities and related conditions. With a focus on Home and Community Based services, EADC aims to help participants reach their highest potential through a well-designed Person Centered Service plan. Nestled on a 4.1-acre land, EADC offers ample space for outdoor activities such as volleyball, basketball, and nature walks. The facility also features nine spacious rooms for indoor activities, ensuring a well-rounded experience for its participants.
