Miss Tilly's Ballet & Theater Arts, located in San Francisco, has been a beloved institution for over 40 years, introducing more than 10,000 young dancers to the joy and discipline of classical movement and music. With a warm and supportive environment, Miss Tilly's offers a range of classes for students ages 2 to 14, including ballet, theater arts, acting, and singing, all taught by expert instructors who foster confidence and a love for performance.
Unfortunately, after 52 years of teaching generations of children, Miss Tilly's Ballet school will be closing its doors permanently due to logistical issues. Despite the closure, the Miss Tilly Ballet community remains strong, and Miss Tilly herself looks forward to seeing her students around the city and witnessing their growth.

This is a great place to take your child if they don't know how to skip. We spent god knows how much money to watch our child perform in a recital that involved nothing more than skipping....

If you are looking for a ballet school where your child actually learns ballet moves, this is NOT the school for you. To be fair, my family only has experience with the 4 and 5 year old classes....
