I think they definitely need more than one person up at the window to handle transactions when the lines get extremely long. For whatever reason I had one guy in front of me that took 25 minutes....

I've been here numerous times for normal recycling, hazardous materials disposal, mattress recycling, and junk removal. All the times I've been here, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
